All My Recipes

This is the list of all the recipes on the site. There’s always some difficulty in categorizing recipes–especially with a vegetarian diet. I think when you start eating vegetarian, you move away from the protein/starch/veggie at each meal paradigm. (At least we did.) Mike and I would be happy to eat something light like Tumeric Roasted Cauliflower for dinner and leave it at that. We try to think of our nutrient intake on a daily rather than meal-based basis.

Nevertheless, I did my best. If I felt the dish was more substantial, I listed it under Main Dishes. Lighter fare was listed as a Side Dish.

All this rambling aside, I hope you find something you like. (Also, please don’t laugh at my early pictures. Bloggers have feelings too. )
