Interested in your input

I’m in the midst of cookbook making, and I’m trying to get a handle on whether people prefer baking with all-purpose flour mixes or specific flours for specific recipes. To that end, I set up a quick survey (only 5 questions) so I can get an idea of what people are looking for in baking recipes. Could you spare a few minutes and let me know? It would be much appreciated. Click here to take the survey.

Thank you!

  1. Kristina MacRae says:

I love having recipes that I can actually eat with out tummy problems!!

  2. I just did your survey. One thing I wanted to add was that I don’t like recipes that call for different flours and sorgum or whatever that is. I make my flour with potato starch, tapioca starch and rice flour and I just stick with that. I also don’t bake a whole lot though. Thanks!
