A great variety here today, Kalinda! All of it wonderful. To think I used to hate asparagus … now that’s one more reason that I welcome spring! :-) These recipes could cover a lot of bases for one’s weekly menu plan. ;-)

I think when one has the mushy overcooked asparagus experience, it’s easy to hate. Actually, that’s probably true of most vegetables. I love preparing food that people thought they hated in a way such that they like it.
This is such a wonderful roundup! I love trying new recipes especially those that go great with the season! Thanks so much for sharing!
Indeed, I love spring cooking.
Asparagus absolutley means spring to me! Thanks for featuring my roasted asparagus. You have such a diverse round up. I am off to check out the brussel sprouts and bbq nuts.
We saw my MIL on Friday and she said the same thing.
Hi Kalinda,
Another great round up of recipes! Spring has sprung in our neck of the woods for sure. So nice. Although we are having a very wet spring so far. We need it though.
Thanks so much for featuring my Brussels sprouts. They are a family favorite.
I’m going to take a closer look at those pina colada pancakes! :-)
Have a great weekend.
Hugs,

You’re welcome, I’m a sucker for Brussels sprouts. My MIL said they were the best looking sprouts she’s seen. (And she doesn’t particularly like them.)
Thanks for showing me these beautiful dishes today! I think I’d like one of each :-)
Yes, if only I could everyone deliver samples for taste testing. ;)
