What a delicious round up. I am going to go check out Warm Lentil Salad with Caramelized Onions and Brussels Sprouts. That might be what’s for dinner tonight. :) Thanks for including my cake in the round up!

I’m a sucker for caramelized onions. The Brussels sprouts and lentils were the icing on the cake.

Kalinda – thanks so much for including my muffins in this roundup. Each dish on this roundup looks better than the next. That flax pasta totally has me intrigued.
Have a wonderful week :)

Love, love, loved the curried spinach and chick peas. Thank you so much — i’m new to cooking so couldn’t believe that I could actually do curry, but I did and was great and easy. Love your site, thank you!!
