Thank you for including my vegetable broth. I made it so that I will be able to make all of the dishes vegetarian except for the turkey. :) I use olive oil and vegetable broth to make vegan mashed potatoes and stuffing, since that works for both my dairy intolerant guests and the vegetarians. I love it when I can meet several dietary needs with one dish. :)
