I spend a lot, a lot, of time on the internet looking at recipes. Working on the assumption that you’re here to find gluten-free, vegetarian recipes, I thought I’d share a roundup of recipes that catch my eye each week. Be sure to click the links to see the recipes.

  3. Thank you for including my vegetable broth. I made it so that I will be able to make all of the dishes vegetarian except for the turkey. :) I use olive oil and vegetable broth to make vegan mashed potatoes and stuffing, since that works for both my dairy intolerant guests and the vegetarians. I love it when I can meet several dietary needs with one dish. :)
