Vegetarian, Gluten-Free Roundup: I’m the Grinch Sharing No Cookie Recipes

by Kalinda

I spend a lot, a lot, of time on the internet looking at recipes. Working on the assumption that you’re here to find gluten-free, vegetarian recipes, I thought I’d share a roundup of recipes that catch my eye each week. Be sure to click the links to see the recipes.

Please note: All photos contained in this post are copyrighted by their respective blog owners and are used here with permission.

This week:

Real Sustenance shared Paleo Flax Tortillas

Gluten Free Gigi shared Roasted Grapes

Spabettie shared Dill Pickle Dip

City|Life|Eats shared Nori Kale Salad

Tasty Eats At Home shared Scalloped Potatoes

I other news I’m taking a little holiday hiatus so there won’t be posts the next week or so. Don’t worry, I didn’t fall off a cliff. (Or at least I will try not to between now and then.)

We would NEVER call you a grinch, Kalinda! With all the cookies right now, folks will really appreciate these non-cookie recipes. ;-) I hadn’t followed up and checked out some of these so I appeciate the reminder. :-)

Hope your holidays are fabulous, and yes, stay away from any cliffs … we need you!

xo,
Shirley
