I spend a lot, a lot of time on the internet looking at recipes. Working on the assumption that you’re here to find gluten-free, vegetarian recipes, I thought I’d share a roundup of recipes that catch my eye each week.

I’m definitely considering more casseroles like that in the near future…not to let the cat out of the bag, but I was just thinking how zucchini+sun-dried tomatoes would be great in a casserole-type dish like that too. And for anyone who hasn’t tried Simply…Gluten-Free’s pate a choux – it’s great. I’ve made it before and stuffed them with a basil chicken salad. Divine. Just saying.
